Refund policy

Refunds will be handled on an individual basis. If we make a mistake we'll be more than happy to issue you a refund within three days from when you received your item. If that happens please email us as soon as possible.

Refunds will not be issued for any issues with sizing unless we clearly send you a size different than what you ordered. If you're worried it might not fit properly, please measure your head to make sure you know what size you are. If you don't fit the standard sizes make sure to message us to request a custom size.
